Role Overview:

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between complex business financial requirements and robust technical solutions within the S/4 HANA ecosystem.

You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of financial modules, ensuring that our clients' accounting processes are streamlined, compliant, and data-driven.

Working closely with cross-functional project teams, business stakeholders, and technical developers, you will translate high-level business challenges into scalable SAP architectures.

Your work directly impacts the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our clients, enabling them to leverage real-time insights for better decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP FI and CO modules to align with specific business processes, ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise landscape.

- Lead full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, managing everything from requirement gathering and blueprinting to final deployment and hyper-care support.

- Streamline Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) workflows to improve financial accuracy and reduce manual intervention for our clients.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom reports and enhancements that address unique business needs while maintaining system stability.

- Conduct comprehensive user training and workshops to empower stakeholders, ensuring high adoption rates and effective utilization of the SAP environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, with a proven track record of successful S/4 HANA implementations.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex financial issues and provide innovative, sustainable solutions.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating technical financial concepts into actionable business language for non-technical audiences.

- Maintain a high degree of professional agility, comfortably navigating remote or hybrid work environments while managing multiple project timelines.

- Possess a solid educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a commitment to continuous learning in the evolving SAP landscape.

- Show proficiency in managing end-to-end financial cycles, including GL, AP, and AR, with a focus on optimizing performance and reporting accuracy.
