SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Support

Company Overview:

- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis, to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and execute test plans, conduct user training, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful system adoption.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) to extend SAP FICO functionality.

- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on SAP FICO best practices and industry trends.

- Identify and resolve SAP FICO issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO technologies and trends, including S/4 HANA, and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to lead and manage SAP FICO projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and its functionalities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Experience in developing and executing test plans and providing user training.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment in Bangalore.
