Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8 - 10 years of expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering both enhancements and end-to-end projects, with strong functional knowledge across Finance and Controlling modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and support.

- Deliver R2R enhancements and small-scale revenue-generating improvements alongside larger projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, bank accounting, Controlling).

- Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and external systems.

- Conduct scenario testing and validation for Global template functions.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

- Strong knowledge of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.

- Experience in enhancements and project delivery.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.

- Experience in system upgrades and data migration.

- Configured FI and CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, product costing and COPA.

- Developed functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces, collaborating closely with ABAP teams.

- Performed integration testing with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.

- Exposure to banking interfaces, IDOCs, batch jobs, and integration concepts.

- Experience with automation tools, workflow approvals, and financial process optimization.

- Configure and support SAP Validation and Substitution rules for financial postings to ensure compliance with business controls and accounting standards.

- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments and coordinate with technical teams.

- Experience in global AMS support environments.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
