Position : SAP FICO Consultant, Bangalore

Role Overview :

As a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving financial transformation initiatives for our diverse clientele. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to design, implement, and optimize robust SAP financial solutions.

You will translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP FICO architectures, ensuring seamless integration across various modules and systems. This role directly impacts our clients' operational efficiency, financial reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making capabilities, enabling them to achieve their business objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and industry best practices.

- Drive the successful deployment and optimization of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) and SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounts) modules, enhancing revenue recognition and billing efficiencies.

- Provide expert consultation and hands-on configuration for SAP CO (Controlling) functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing, to deliver comprehensive financial performance insights.

- Architect and execute complex SAP Integration scenarios between SAP FICO and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and process orchestration.

- Advise on SAP FA (Fixed Assets) management, including asset acquisition, depreciation, and retirement processes, to maintain accurate and compliant asset records.

- Leverage SAP HANA capabilities to develop real-time financial reports and analytics, transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence for strategic decision-makers.

- Conduct detailed business requirement gathering workshops, perform gap analysis, and propose innovative SAP-centric solutions to address client challenges.

- Mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative environment and contributing to the continuous growth and knowledge sharing within the consulting practice.

Required Skillset :

- Deep expertise in SAP FICO, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, and the broader SAP FIN landscape.

- Proven proficiency in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) and SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounts), with a strong track record of successful implementations.

- Comprehensive command over SAP CO (Controlling) modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SAP FA (Fixed Assets) processes and configuration.

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex SAP Integration scenarios with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Familiarity with SAP CC (Convergent Charging) concepts and integration points is a significant advantage.

- Experience working with SAP HANA for financial reporting, analytics, and performance optimization, leveraging its in-memory capabilities.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse business and technical audiences.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment, managing multiple priorities and consistently delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.

- A minimum of 6 to 15 years of progressive experience in SAP FICO consulting, implementation, and support roles.
