Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will serve as the primary functional expert, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, global stakeholders, and end-users to design, configure, and optimize financial processes within the S/4 HANA environment. By driving seamless implementations and providing high-level support, you will directly influence the financial operational efficiency of our clients, ensuring that their digital transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure end-to-end SAP FI and CO modules to align with client-specific financial reporting and cost accounting requirements.

- Lead full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, managing everything from blueprinting and gap analysis to final deployment and hyper-care support.

- Execute complex integrations between FICO and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PP to ensure seamless data flow and process integrity across the enterprise.

- Resolve critical production support issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes that minimize operational downtime.

- Facilitate workshops with business process owners to translate financial workflows into technical specifications, ensuring high user adoption and system compliance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO-PA, Product Costing) within SAP S/4 HANA.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, showcasing a deep understanding of financial business processes and technical integration points.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the management level.

- Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting integration challenges and optimizing system performance in high-pressure, client-facing environments.

- A collaborative approach to working within hybrid teams, maintaining high standards of documentation, and adapting quickly to evolving project methodologies.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO consulting.
