SAP FICO Consultant

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of project delivery experience

- Experience supporting 3-5+ large-scale enterprise transformation projects

- SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration experience

- Finance migration experience

- SAP deployment cutover planning and execution experience

- 3+ years of experience with Jira, qTest and ServiceNow

- Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams (300+ stakeholders)

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced go-live environments

- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness activities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience :

- Strong understanding of finance processes

- Chartered Accountant (CA) background or exposure

- Finance-related degree or coursework

- SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications

- Experience with large consumer products/manufacturing organizations such as PepsiCo, Hershey's, or similar enterprises

- Proven process improvement and post-cutover optimization experience

Job Description :

- Coordinate end-to-end cutover planning activities for SAP S/4HANA deployments

- Represent the finance organization in planning meetings and leadership forums

- Develop and maintain cutover runbooks, schedules, timelines, and dependency trackers

- Lead deployment readiness reviews and go-live planning sessions

- Coordinate activities across multiple finance and technical workstreams

- Track project milestones and provide executive status updates

- Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting deployment timelines

- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners

- Support command center operations during go-live and hypercare periods

- Coordinate testing completion and defect remediation efforts

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and process enhancements

- Manage and coordinate activities involving 350+ project stakeholders during critical cutover periods
