Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 FICO, with hands-on experience in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The role requires configuring SAP solutions, supporting financial business processes, integrating with logistics modules, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO modules including :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Asset Accounting (AA)

5. Cost Center Accounting

6. Product Costing

7. Profitability Analysis (COPA)

- Analyze and optimize finance and controlling business processes for manufacturing operations.

- Design and support integration between SAP FICO and logistics modules including MM, SD, and PP.

- Configure financial interfaces with external finance applications and third-party systems.

- Support financial closing activities, tax configuration, and Automatic Payment Program (APP).

- Maintain and manage financial master data, including GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and cross-functional Agile teams.

- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and provide business presentations and solution demonstrations.

- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across SAP financial systems.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 FICO.

- Strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

- Experience in :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Asset Accounting (AA)

5. Cost Element Accounting

6. Cost Center Accounting

7. Internal Orders

8. Product Costing

9. COPA

- Strong knowledge of integration with :

1. SAP MM (GR/IR)

2. SAP SD (Billing)

3. SAP PP (Production Costing)

- Experience with financial closing activities, tax configuration, and automatic payment processing.

- Strong understanding of SAP master data management.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal (Universal Ledger) and New Asset Accounting.

- SAP FICO Certification.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori and modern reporting tools.

- Experience in Automotive or Engineering Manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
