Experience :

- Minimum experience of 6 years in IT firms. Experience in SAP S4 HANA migration.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP FICO.

Job Description :

- Configure and support SAP FICO processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Financial Reporting.

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and enhancement projects, including migration from Classic GL/AP/AR/AA to S/4HANA.

- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable finance solutions.

- Perform system testing, user training, defect resolution, and provide post-go-live support.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with modules such as MM, SD, PP, and Treasury while ensuring compliance and optimizing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring zero-downtime and high-fidelity data mapping for complex financial landscapes.

- Design and configure core FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting to align with evolving business requirements during implementation and rollout phases.

- Execute cloud migration strategies that enable clients to leverage scalable infrastructure, reducing operational overhead and enhancing system performance.

Qualification :

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management / CA / ICWA.
