Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Controlling solutions.

- Perform configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP CO functionalities.

- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Business stakeholders to optimize controlling processes.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Controlling.

- Analyze and resolve production support issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF).

- Support integration between SAP CO and other SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, process flows, and configuration documents.

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.

- Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong expertise in SAP Controlling (CO).

- Hands-on experience in Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA.

- Strong understanding of management accounting and controlling business processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of integration between FI and CO and other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS.

- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- SAP FICO/CO certification is preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, retail, or process industries will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
