Job Title : Senior Associate/Manager - SAP FICO

Department : Finance

Location : Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune

Experience : 4-10 Years

Education : Masters/Post-Graduation in Finance (MBA)

Requirements :

- Implement and configure SAP FICO modules for financial reporting and accounting, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

- Design and develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets using SAP FICO tools and techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules, such as SAP MM and SAP SD.

- Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SAP FICO and other reporting tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, providing support to end-users and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP FICO implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, with a focus on process optimization and improvement.

- Knowledge of SAP FICO advanced features, such as New GL, COPA, and Fiori, with the ability to apply them to complex financial scenarios.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including its architecture, functionality, and migration paths.

- Understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles, including IFRS and GAAP, with the ability to apply them in SAP FICO.

- Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior team members, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive SAP FICO adoption and best practices.
