SG IT is seeking talented SAP FICO Consultants with strong functional expertise and S/4HANA experience to join our growing SAP practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, contribute to enterprise-wide finance transformations, and play a key role in implementing innovative SAP solutions that drive business value.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)

Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs

Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants to deliver effective solutions

Participate in S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives

Configure and support key areas including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Accounting

- Cost Center Accounting

- Profit Center Accounting

- Internal Orders

- Product Costing

- Profitability Analysis (COPA)

Perform system testing, UAT support, training, and post-go-live support

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best-practice solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and support projects

Deep understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes

Experience with S/4HANA Finance innovations including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing processes

Experience in integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules

Strong business process mapping and solution design capabilities

Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycles

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
