Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant

Experience : 08 to 18 years

Location : - Pune, Bangalore,Chennai,Hyderabad

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to manage and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements and improve financial processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules including :

a. General Ledger (GL)

b. Accounts Payable (AP)

c. Accounts Receivable (AR)

d. Asset Accounting (AA)

e. Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

f. Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP solutions.

- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Support end-users and resolve SAP-related issues.

- Work closely with finance and cross-functional teams.

- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.

- Participate in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.

- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Ensure system compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.

- Experience in SAP implementation/support projects.

- Understanding of accounting and financial processes.

- Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.

- MBA/CA/ICWA certification is an added advantage.

- SAP FICO Certification preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of GST, taxation, and financial compliance.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
