Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 4-5 years of in-depth experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling. The ideal candidate will have solid experience across support, rollout, and implementation projects, with a strong ability to drive solutions, manage stakeholders, and lead key project activities. This role requires both functional expertise and a strategic mindset to deliver value-driven solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide expert-level support and solutioning in SAP FICO modules including GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling (CO).

- Lead and manage incident, problem, and change request management processes, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business disruption.

- Drive rollout and implementation projects including business requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and effectively translated into system solutions.

- Own and execute system configurations in SAP FI/CO based on business process requirements and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process alignment.

- Support and guide month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure financial compliance and reporting accuracy.

- Oversee and perform various testing phases : unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.

- Analyze and optimize existing finance processes through system enhancements and automation opportunities.

- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team.

- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom object development (WRICEF : Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).

- Ensure all system changes are well-documented, tested, and aligned with change management protocols.

- Lead and support data migration and validation activities during implementations or system upgrades.

- Stay current with SAP updates, new functionalities in S/4HANA (if applicable), and industry best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.

- Demonstrate leadership, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Key Skills Required :

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FICO module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.

- Basic understanding of product costing and COPA functionalities.
