- Lead client workshops and requirement gathering sessions to define comprehensive business processes and functional specifications for SAP FICO and CFIN modules, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Design and architect robust SAP FICO and CFIN solutions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis, to meet complex financial reporting and operational needs.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO and CFIN systems, including master data, transactional processes, and integration points, for optimal performance and adherence to best practices.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solution functionality and data integrity for clients.

- Oversee data migration strategies and activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of financial data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and CFIN environments.

- Provide expert guidance and support during go-live and post-implementation phases, resolving critical issues and ensuring smooth system adoption for end-users.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets and best practices within the SAP FICO and CFIN domain, fostering team growth and capability.

Required Skillset :

- Deep expertise in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Proven track record in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementations, including understanding of initial load, real-time replication, error handling, and reconciliation processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex financial business challenges and translating them into effective SAP solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse client stakeholders, presenting technical concepts clearly, and facilitating productive discussions.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced consulting setting.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for understanding financial processes and systems.
