Location : Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience : 1+ Years (Relevant SAP FICO Business Analyst experience required)

Salary : Up to ?17 LPA

Shift : US Shift (2 : 30 PM 11 : 30 PM IST)

We're looking for a Business Analyst (SAP FICO Consultant) to join a leading global manufacturing organisation. If you have experience with SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA, business analysis, and stakeholder management, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyse business requirements

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams

- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancements, and deployments

- Map and optimise business processes

- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and documentation

- Conduct UAT, user training, and support business process improvements

Required Skills :

- 1+ years of relevant Business Analyst/SAP FICO experience

- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred

- Business process mapping and requirement gathering

- Functional documentation and user story creation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in testing and user training

Travel Requirement :

- Initial 2-week visit to Sanand (Ahmedabad)

- Opportunity to travel to Ohio, USA (46 weeks) for SAP configuration training

- Occasional domestic and international travel for SAP deployments and go-live support
