Role Overview:

iPivot is looking for an experienced SAP FICO / Business Analyst to support finance business processes, SAP functional solutions, and financial systems improvement.

The candidate will work with finance stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support SAP Finance implementation and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and accounting processes.

- Work with SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.

- Analyze existing finance processes and recommend improvements.

- Support SAP configuration, issue resolution, testing, and production support.

- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data-related issues.

- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data and process compliance.

Required Skills:

- 5 - 8 years of relevant SAP FICO and finance business analysis experience.

- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO and financial accounting processes.

- Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and process mapping.

- Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience with functional testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or migrations.

- Knowledge of integration between SAP Finance and other business modules.

- Exposure to financial data migration, reconciliation, and reporting.
