Mandatory :

Tax Domain :

- Drives Global Solutions on SAP FI, Tax (Direct & Indirect) & OneSource requirements from a functional design perspective across.

- Drives S/4 HANA Tax Solutions on Direct and Indirect tax (Native & External tax interfaces).

- Work with Process Experts / Process Excellence Team/SME's and Product Managers for streamlined Tax L&F Requirements.

- Prepare and delivers effort estimations for New Tax requirements.

- Resolve defects/issues during test cycles and post project go-live support.

- Help Senior Business Analyst in creating run books and participate in run book peer reviews.

- Work with batch job scheduling, Period End activities, Manage Direct and Indirect Tax Teams.

- Prepare Audit and Compliance reporting requirements.

- Experience with OITD / Tax engines and SAP ECC6 or S/4 Hana.

Communication :

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories/specs.

- Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs effectively.

Tools & Methodologies :

- SAP ECC6 / S/4HANA : FI, FO, MM modules.

- OITD / Tax Engines : Configuration and troubleshooting.

- Indirect Tax : Knowledge of complex tax regimes, Inco-terms, EU triangulation, etc.

- Power BI : Dashboards and reporting.

- Excel (Advanced) : Modelling, scenario analysis.

- SQL : Query writing and database understanding.

- Proficient in : Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, Confluence.

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Business Process Modelling, Change Management, UI/UX Design Thinking.

- Data Visualization, Analytics, and Modelling.

- Generative AI Use Cases, Storytelling.

- Testing and T&S Domain Knowledge :

1. Understanding of trading lifecycle (pre-deal to settlement)

2. Familiarity with ETRM systems (Endur, Aligne, etc.)

3. Awareness of commodity markets and regulatory compliance
