Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), specifically in Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Cash Application processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional consulting experience, end-to-end implementation exposure, and the ability to drive business process improvements across Accounts Receivable and Credit Risk Management functions.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP FSCM Implementation & Support :

- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP FSCM solutions across Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.

- Configure and optimize FSCM business processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

Credit Management :

- Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA Credit Management functionalities.

- Design and implement credit scoring, credit checks, risk categorization, and credit exposure management processes.

- Support integration of third-party credit rating and credit information providers.

Collections & Dispute Management :

- Implement and enhance Collection Management processes to improve receivables performance.

- Configure and support Dispute Management workflows and resolution processes.

- Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to streamline receivables management.

Cash Application & Integration :

- Support Cash Application processes, including integration with HighRadius and other automation platforms.

- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and external systems.

- Assist in interface design, testing, and deployment activities.

Functional Consulting & Documentation :

- Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and solution workshops.

- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), process documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.

- Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, technical consultants, and project stakeholders.

- Provide functional guidance and support for complex business requirements and issue resolution.

- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 49 years of SAP FSCM consulting experience.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP FSCM implementation projects.

- Strong expertise in :

i. SAP FSCM Credit Management

ii. SAP FSCM Collections Management

iii. SAP FSCM Dispute Management

iv. SAP Cash Application

v. SAP FI Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM functionalities.

- Experience integrating HighRadius with SAP FSCM is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of third-party credit management and credit rating integrations.

- Experience in credit score calculation and credit risk management processes.

- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable business processes.

- Ability to prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Qualifications :

- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- SAP FSCM certification is preferred.
