Role Overview:

As an SAP EWM Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced warehouse management solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. You will work closely with functional consultants, business process owners, and technical teams to translate complex supply chain requirements into high-performance technical specifications. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless integration between inventory management, logistics, and enterprise-wide data flows for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain custom objects within SAP EWM to meet specific client warehouse process requirements and enhance system functionality.

- Design and implement complex technical solutions using SAP ABAP to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation across the supply chain.

- Configure and optimize SAP RF frameworks to support mobile warehouse operations, improving real-time data accuracy for floor-level users.

- Collaborate with functional teams to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical bottlenecks in SAP SCM modules, ensuring minimal downtime for critical business operations.

- Lead technical migrations and upgrades to SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring that existing warehouse management logic is preserved and optimized for the new digital core.

- Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term system maintainability and scalability.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP EWM technical development, including the creation of complex reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).

- Proven ability to write clean, efficient SAP ABAP code within the context of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management modules.

- Strong proficiency in configuring SAP RF (Radio Frequency) screens and mobile device integration to streamline warehouse picking, packing, and shipping processes.

- Deep understanding of the SAP S/4 HANA architecture and its specific implications for EWM technical development and data modeling.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid office environment in Bangalore, managing multiple project workstreams with minimal supervision.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with 4 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in SAP technical roles.
