- Experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in L2/L3 production support, incident management, and end-to-end warehouse operations within SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

- Skilled in handling incidents and escalations within SLA, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring stable warehouse operations through effective monitoring and issue resolution.

- Hands-on experience across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including replenishment, picking, wave management, handling units (HU), storage bins (LG), warehouse tasks (TO), shipment(TU) , staging, and stock movements.

- Exposure to warehouse automation (RFID, barcode, MFS) and basic SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) concepts.

Experience :

- 6-10 years of dedicated SAP EWM experience with at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience.

- Strong L2/L3 production support experience with SLA management

- Expertise in EWM configuration (warehouse structure & master data)

- Experience in inbound, outbound, replenishment, and internal movements

- Hands-on with wave, HU, WHO, shipment TU , staging, and stock transfers

- Experience in KIT-to-parts / de-kitting processes

- Integration knowledge : EWM with ERP (MM, SD, WM)

- Monitoring & troubleshooting : /SCWM/MON, SMQ1/SMQ2, IDocs

- Knowledge of PPF, RF framework, and basic ABAP debugging

- Knowledge in the SAP core processes and modules is a plus (MM, SD,LE)

- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management

- Exposure to automation systems and 3PL integration
