Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT professionals to ensure successful project delivery and optimize warehouse operations.

Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to streamline their supply chain, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and configuration of SAP EWM solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.

- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into functional specifications and technical designs for SAP EWM implementations.

- Configure and customize SAP EWM modules, including inbound processing, outbound processing, internal warehouse movements, physical inventory, and warehouse monitoring.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and stability of SAP EWM solutions, minimizing disruptions to warehouse operations.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM systems, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain optimal system performance.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of SAP EWM configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure system maintainability.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers to design and implement custom enhancements and interfaces for SAP EWM, extending the functionality of the standard system.

- Train end-users on SAP EWM functionality and best practices, empowering them to effectively utilize the system and improve warehouse efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing SAP EWM solutions, including a deep understanding of warehouse processes and best practices.

- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design effective SAP EWM solutions.

- Strong understanding of SAP Logistics processes, including integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

- Experience in managing and optimizing inventory within SAP EWM, including cycle counting, physical inventory, and stock management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.
