Role Overview :

As an SAP EPPM Consultant, you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing SAP's Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management solutions for our clients.

Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their project management needs, configuring the SAP EPPM system to meet those requirements, and ensuring successful data migration.

You will work closely with project teams, business analysts, and technical developers to deliver solutions that improve project visibility, resource utilization, and overall project success rates, ultimately driving better business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EPPM modules, including Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Resource Management, to align with client business processes.

- Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP EPPM solutions.

- Design and develop custom solutions within the SAP EPPM environment to address specific client needs and enhance system functionality.

- Manage data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of project data from legacy systems to SAP EPPM.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP EPPM functionalities, promoting user adoption and maximizing the value of the system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EPPM with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials, to ensure knowledge transfer and system maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP EPPM implementation, configuration, and customization, showcasing a deep understanding of project management principles and SAP best practices.

- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective SAP EPPM solutions.

- Strong experience in data migration, with a focus on ensuring data quality and integrity during the transfer process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of SAP PPM and its integration with other SAP modules.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Adaptable to work in various setups including remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on project requirements.
