Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP ePPDS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning across on-premise and S/4HANA Cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP PP processes, advanced planning & scheduling, implementations, rollouts, integrations, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and ePPDS solutions.

- Work on minimum 2 end-to-end implementations and 2- 3 rollout projects.

- Configure and optimize core PP functionalities including :

i. Repetitive Manufacturing (REM)

ii. Discrete Manufacturing

iii. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

iv. ePPDS (Extended Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling)

v. Engineering Change Management

vi. Supply Chain Planning (SCP)

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable production planning solutions.

- Integrate SAP PP with other SAP modules such as :

i. FICO

ii. MM

iii. QM

iv. PS

v. SD

vi. EWM

- Manage interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems such as MES using APIs, IDocs, and related technologies.

- Collaborate with technical teams and developers for custom developments, enhancements, and issue resolution.

- Participate in project consulting, phase-wise audit reviews, expert consulting, presales activities, and continuous business improvement studies.

- Provide user support, training, testing, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA PP / ePPDS.

- Strong hands-on experience in Production Planning process configuration.

- Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.

- Experience in design and build activities in PP with development teams.

- Strong client interaction, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Hands-on experience in :

i. SAP Solution Manager

ii. HP ALM

iii. Jira

Preferred Skills :

- SAP S/4HANA PP Certification preferred.

- SAP ABAP debugging skills are an added advantage.

- Experience in PP-EWM integration is desirable.
