Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define the end-to-end SAP enterprise architecture aligned with business strategy, IT strategy, and transformation roadmaps.

- Develop and maintain SAP architecture roadmaps, including S/4HANA transformation, SAP BTP adoption, cloud migration, and application modernization.

- Lead architecture decisions across SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, security, integration, performance, and maintainability.

- Design and govern end-to-end SAP solution architectures across multiple business functions and technology domains.

- Assess existing SAP landscapes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, modernization, and cost optimization.

- Define integration architecture between SAP and non-SAP applications using technologies such as APIs, SAP Integration Suite, middleware, event-driven integration, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Provide architectural guidance for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and other relevant SAP technologies.

- Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance frameworks.

- Review and approve solution designs, technical architectures, and major technology decisions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology and architecture strategies.

- Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, technology assessments, and solution evaluations.

- Evaluate SAP products, cloud services, and third-party technologies and provide build-vs-buy and technology recommendations.

- Ensure SAP architecture complies with enterprise security, data governance, regulatory, and technology standards.

- Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and technical debt and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of overall SAP/IT experience, with substantial experience in solution or enterprise architecture.

- Proven experience working as an SAP Solution Architect / SAP Enterprise Architect / SAP Technical Architect in complex enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and SAP ecosystem.

- Experience with SAP BTP and cloud-based SAP architectures is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of SAP integration architecture, including APIs, SAP Integration Suite, middleware, and SAP/non-SAP integrations.

- Experience designing solutions across multiple SAP functional areas such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or HCM.

- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF is preferred.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity and access management, data architecture, application architecture, and infrastructure concepts.

- Experience in SAP transformation programs, S/4HANA implementations or migrations, and large-scale enterprise programs.

- Ability to create and communicate architecture diagrams, roadmaps, standards, principles, and technology strategies.

- Strong stakeholder-management skills with experience interacting with C-level executives, business leaders, IT leadership, and implementation partners.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to balance business requirements, technical feasibility, risk, and cost when making architecture decisions.
