Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EAM solutions for our clients across various industries. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing asset performance, reducing maintenance costs, and improving overall operational efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EAM modules, including Plant Maintenance (PM), Work Management, and Asset Accounting, to meet specific client business requirements.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend optimal SAP EAM solutions.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies for transferring asset-related data from legacy systems to SAP EAM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and configure interfaces between SAP EAM and other systems, such as SAP MM, FI/CO, and external maintenance management systems, to enable seamless data exchange and process integration.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP EAM issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP EAM functionality and best practices, empowering them to effectively utilize the system.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support the implementation and maintenance of SAP EAM solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP EAM updates, trends, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing SAP EAM modules, including Plant Maintenance (PM), Work Management, and Asset Accounting.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP EAM to meet specific client needs.
- Strong understanding of data migration principles and experience in migrating asset-related data from legacy systems to SAP EAM.
- Experience in designing and configuring interfaces between SAP EAM and other SAP modules and external systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve SAP EAM issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- 8-15 years of experience in SAP EAM implementations.
