Job Title : SAP Delivery Manager

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP technologies. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading large-scale SAP programs, driving end-to-end delivery, and managing global stakeholders while ensuring high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP delivery across implementations, rollouts, and support engagements

- Drive program planning, execution, governance, and risk management

- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality standards

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align delivery strategy with business objectives

- Manage cross-functional teams across SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, PP, etc.)

- Oversee S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and transformation programs

- Handle client communication, escalations, and stakeholder management

- Drive resource planning, budgeting, and performance tracking

- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development activities

- Implement best practices and continuously improve delivery processes

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 15+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on exposure to SAP (any core module like SD/MM/FICO/PP)

- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager in SAP environments

- Strong experience in S/4HANA implementations and digital transformation programs

- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and cross-module dependencies

- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

- Experience managing large global teams (onshore/offshore models)

- Strong skills in risk management, budgeting, and delivery governance

- Exposure to SAP BTP / Cloud (AWS, Azure) is an added advantage

Domain Expertise :

- Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Retail / Pharma / BFSI

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability

- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and critical escalations

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification (any module)

- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications

Key Expectation :
