Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Lead - SAP Delivery to spearhead our large-scale SAP transformation initiatives in Nigeria. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring that complex SAP landscapes - ranging from legacy ECC environments to modern S/4 HANA and BTP ecosystems - are executed with precision. You will act as the primary bridge between executive stakeholders, global delivery teams, and local business units, ensuring that technology investments translate into tangible business outcomes. By driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of high-performance delivery, you will directly influence the digital maturity of our enterprise clients and ensure the seamless adoption of integrated SAP solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP programs, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline to meet critical business objectives.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by providing transparent reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and strategic guidance to C-suite executives and project sponsors.

- Oversee the transition from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, leveraging SAP BTP and modern integration frameworks to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

- Direct cross-functional teams through the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, to ensure high system availability and user adoption.

- Implement robust Change Management frameworks to facilitate organizational readiness and ensure that technical deployments align with the evolving needs of the business.

- Champion Agile methodologies across delivery teams to accelerate development cycles and improve the quality of SAP solution releases.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in managing multi-million dollar SAP portfolios with 18 - 25 years of experience in global delivery environments.

- Proven ability to navigate complex SAP Solution Manager landscapes and lead large-scale SAP Integration projects across diverse business verticals.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate project requirements, and resolve high-stakes conflicts effectively.

- Deep technical fluency in S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP BTP, combined with a strategic mindset for long-term architectural planning.

- Strong proficiency in leading global, distributed teams in a hybrid work environment, with a focus on mentoring talent and building high-performing delivery units.

- Advanced academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by relevant SAP certifications.

- High degree of adaptability to the unique operational and cultural landscape of the Nigerian market, ensuring project success in a dynamic business environment.
