Role Overview :

As an SAP Datasphere Specialist, you will serve as a core architect and implementer for next-generation data warehousing solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable data models. Your daily contributions will involve bridging the gap between legacy SAP BW environments and modern cloud-based data architectures, ensuring that business users have seamless access to high-quality, real-time insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end data models within SAP Datasphere to support complex analytical reporting requirements for enterprise clients.

- Migrate and transform existing SAP BW/4HANA data structures into the Datasphere environment to modernize client data landscapes.

- Integrate diverse data sources into SAP BTP, ensuring data consistency, performance, and security across the entire analytics pipeline.

- Develop advanced analytical stories and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud by leveraging live connections to Datasphere models.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business process owners to optimize data flows and improve the performance of HANA-based reporting solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to project teams to ensure the scalability and maintainability of data architectures.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting data warehousing solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAP BW/4HANA, with a deep understanding of HANA modeling techniques.

- Proven ability to build and deploy comprehensive analytical solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BTP services.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured technical specifications.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- A minimum of 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP data warehousing and analytics projects.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote or distributed team environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple locations.
