Role Overview :

As an SAP Datasphere Consultant, you will serve as a technical lead in designing and implementing next-generation data warehousing solutions. You will work closely with cross-project teams and key business stakeholders to bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and strategic business requirements. By architecting robust data models and integration flows, you will directly influence how our clients consume, analyze, and act upon their enterprise data, ensuring seamless connectivity across hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end data models within SAP Datasphere to support complex analytical reporting requirements for enterprise clients.

- Migrate legacy data warehouse structures from SAP BW/4HANA to SAP Datasphere to modernize client data landscapes and improve performance.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated data integration pipelines using SAP Data Services to ensure data consistency and quality across disparate source systems.

- Configure and optimize SAP HANA databases to enhance query performance and support high-volume data processing for real-time analytics.

- Collaborate with business users to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and reports.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior consultants and lead troubleshooting efforts for critical data integration issues to minimize business downtime.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 5 - 15 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing SAP data warehousing solutions in large-scale environments.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA, with a proven track record of managing complex data modeling projects.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in SAP Data Services and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data visualization and reporting tools.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships and client trust.

- Adapt seamlessly to a remote-first work environment, managing multiple project workstreams independently while maintaining high standards of delivery.

- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
