About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled SAP Datasphere / SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Developer to design, develop, and optimize modern SAP data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud), SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Native SAP HANA Development, SQL/SQLScript, Data Modeling, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and analytics teams to build scalable, high-performance data models and enable enterprise reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement data models using SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).

- Develop and optimize Native SAP HANA artifacts, including Calculation Views, Tables, Procedures, and Functions.

- Build robust data models for enterprise reporting and analytics.

- Develop SQL and SQLScript-based solutions for complex business requirements.

- Optimize query performance and implement performance tuning techniques.

- Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources into Datasphere.

- Develop semantic models and reusable business layers.

- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and analytics requirements.

- Develop dashboards and analytical stories using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Ensure data quality, security, governance, and best practices across the SAP data landscape.

- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and/or SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).

- Expertise in Native SAP HANA Development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and SQLScript.

- Experience in Data Modeling, Star Schema, Fact & Dimension Modeling.

- Strong experience in query optimization and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Experience integrating SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other SAP/non-SAP data sources.

- Good understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP ABAP.

- Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA.

- Experience with SAP Data Intelligence or SAP Integration Suite.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and enterprise data warehousing concepts.

Education :

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant specialization.
