- Minimum 6 years of SAP CS experience
- S/4HANA Service Management
- Fiori apps for service management
- Proven experience on support, rollout and implementation
- Experience in Service Notification & Service Order management
Configuration of :
- Notification types & Service order types
- Task lists, activities, partner functions
- DIP profiles / Dynamic Item Processor
- Service pricing & service materials
- Repair processing & warranty management
In-house repair :
- Return material authorization (RMA)
- Warranty claim handling
- Basic Abap skills to debug and knowledge on database tables
- Analyse and able to challenge the requirements
- To build the Functional Specifications according to the design.
- Able to create and execute Unit test cases
- Familiar with cross functional integration with SD, CRM, PP, PM
- Should be able to guide the team on complex issues/ topics
- Familiar with support and change management environment
- Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Good communicator, Fluent in spoken and written English
- Should be able to work in rotational shifts
