Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP CRM development, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The role will involve designing and developing technical solutions across implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support engagements, while working closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable SAP CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP OO, WRICEF, SAP CRM Web UI, CRM Middleware, One Order Framework, workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and support SAP CRM technical solutions across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production-support projects.

- Design and develop WRICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.

- Develop and customize SAP CRM Web UI applications and related user interface components.

- Work on BSP applications, AET, and PDI enhancements for CRM solutions.

- Develop and maintain CRM Middleware objects and support data replication between SAP CRM and connected systems.

- Design and implement integrations using IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, and APIs.

- Develop and enhance custom business transactions, partner functions, action profiles, and workflows.

- Work extensively with the SAP CRM One Order Framework and related business objects and processes.

- Perform technical analysis, debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning of SAP CRM applications.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support with appropriate root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and solution design documents.

- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

- Coordinate with integration, Basis, functional, and other technical teams to resolve cross-system issues.

- Identify opportunities for technical improvements, reusable components, and application performance enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 - 10 years of experience in SAP CRM technical development and consulting.

- Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP OO and SAP CRM technical development.

- Strong experience in WRICEF development.

- Hands-on experience with BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and custom enhancements.

- Strong experience with SmartForms and Adobe Forms.

- Hands-on experience with IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, and APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Workflow development within SAP CRM.

- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM Web UI development and customization.

- Experience with BSP Applications, AET, and PDI enhancements.

- Strong understanding of CRM Middleware and data replication processes.

- Good knowledge of the SAP CRM One Order Framework.

- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP CRM technical issues.

- Good understanding of SAP integration architecture and cross-system data flows.

- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployments, go-live, and production environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.
