SAP CRM Technical Consultant - BOL/GENIL Framework

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant / Developer with 8+ years of handson experience in SAP CRM Technical, ABAP, BOL/GENIL, CRM WebUI, CRM Middleware, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting SAP CRM solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center, and Business Partner processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SAP CRM technical solutions using ABAP and SAP CRM frameworks.

- Develop and enhance custom BOL entities, relations, query objects, and DPCs using BOL/GENIL.

- Develop and customize SAP CRM WebUI components, including BSP Views, Controllers, Context Nodes, View Configurations, and Business Roles.

- Implement enhancements using BAdIs, Enhancement Spots, Function Modules, User Exits, and PPF Actions.

- Configure and troubleshoot SAP CRM Middleware components, including BDocs, Adapter Objects, SMQ1, SMQ2, and SMW01.

- Develop and support integrations using IDocs, RFCs, SOAP/Web Services, and OData.

- Work on SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center, and Business Partner functionalities.

- Develop and maintain integrations between SAP CRM and ERP/SAP S/4HANA systems.

- Analyze production issues, perform troubleshooting, rootcause analysis, and provide L2/L3 technical support.

- Participate in CRM upgrades, migrations, system enhancements, and CRMtoS/4HANA transition initiatives.

- Follow SAP Clean Core principles and ensure custom developments are aligned with upgradesafe practices.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

- Manage transports across development, testing, and production environments.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver CRM solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation for custom developments, integrations, enhancements, and support processes.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong handson experience in SAP CRM Technical and ABAP.

- Excellent knowledge of BOL/GENIL framework. Experience with custom BOL entities, relations, query objects, and DPCs.

- Strong experience in SAP CRM WebUI development.

- Handson experience with BSP Views, Controllers, Context Nodes, View Configuration, and Business Roles.

- Experience with BAdIs, Enhancement Spots, Function Modules, and PPF Actions.

- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware, including BDocs, Adapter Objects, SMQ1, SMQ2, and SMW01.

- Experience with IDocs, RFCs, SOAP/Web Services, and OData.

- Knowledge of SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center, and Business Partner.

- Experience with ERP and SAP S/4HANA integration.

- Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.

- Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles, code review practices, and transport management.

- Exposure to SAP CRM upgrades, migrations, and CRMtoS/4HANA transformation projects.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall experience in SAP CRM Technical development.

- Strong handson development experience across SAP CRM Technical, ABAP, BOL/GENIL, WebUI, and Middleware.

- Experience working on enterprisescale SAP CRM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

- Preferred Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days.

- Experience working on SAP CRM modernization or CRMtoS/4HANA transition projects.
