Job Title : SAP CRM Technical

Work Mode : Hybrid|| 4 days work from office + 1 day work from home

Location : Coimbatore| Hyderabad| Bangalore| Pune

- SAP S4 HANA ABAP development in CRM module

- 6+ years of SAP industry experience with ABAP development in CRM Module

- Hands on SAP ISU ABAP programmer with at least one SAP IS-U project full implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs for IS-U modules (Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, etc.).

- Work on custom reports, interfaces, enhancements.

- Implement BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements specific to IS-U processes.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ABAP code.

- Support integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Conduct impact analysis for requirements to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.

Required Skills :

- Developed Reports and ALV Reports using function modules and Object Oriented programming, Dialog programming, BDCs, Adobe forms, Smart forms and modified standard SAP Scripts.

- Knowledge of SD, MM, FI, QM and EHS modules.

- Worked on Object Oriented Programming, BAPIs, BADI, User exits, enhancements, Data Dictionary, Function modules.

- Knowledge of Workflow.

- Experience in Adobe forms.

- Good knowledge of IDocs, LSMW, ALE configuration and RFCs.

- Development experience in BOL & Genil Programming, AET Tool.

- Experience in creations of components, Views, View sets, Overview page, Search page.

- Experience on CRM Middleware.

- Knowledge of base customizations in CRM Sales, Service.

- Knowledge of One Order Framework.

- Knowledge of SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori.

- Knowledge on CDS Views.

- Functional knowledge in Service, Marketing, SPM (Spare Part Management) and Sales

Nice to Have :

- OData experience.

- Experience with SAP IS-U upgrade projects is an added advantage.
