SAP CRM Services with IBase :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Services Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in IBase (Installed Base).

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP CRM Service

- SAP CRM IBase / Installed Base

- Service Orders, Service Requests, Complaints & Contracts

- SAP CRM Middleware / PI-PO

- SAP ECC / S/4HANA integration

- BAdIs / User Exits / CRM enhancements

- Equipment Master and Serial Number tracking

- Service & Warranty Management

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure and support SAP CRM Service and IBase.

- Manage IBase objects, hierarchy and installed-base data.

- Integrate IBase with Service Orders, Complaints, Contracts and Equipment Master.

- Support CRM integration with ECC/S4HANA.

- Troubleshoot CRM Middleware, PI-PO and data replication issues.

- Develop/enhance CRM functionality using BAdIs, User Exits and other technical enhancements.

- Work with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver SAP CRM solutions.

- Support service and warranty-related business processes.
