We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Sales Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales processes and SAP ECC Integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and support activities along with a strong understanding of end-to-end sales business processes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to deliver effective SAP CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP CRM Sales solutions based on business requirements

- Work on SAP CRM and ECC integration activities

- Configure and customize SAP CRM Sales functionalities

- Handle support, enhancement, and issue resolution activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery

- Understand and analyze end-to-end sales business processes

- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design

- Ensure smooth integration between SAP CRM and ECC systems

- Provide functional guidance and support to business users

- Prepare documentation related to configurations, processes, and support activities

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8-10 years of experience in SAP CRM

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Sales

- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC Integration

- Experience in SAP CRM configuration and customization

- Understanding of sales order management and business processes

- Experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration

- Exposure to SAP CRM Middleware

- Client-facing consulting experience

- Knowledge of SAP SD integration concepts
