Job Title: SAP CRM iBase Functional Analyst (FA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Process Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs within SAP ECC.

- SAP Configuration (VC, OTC): Configure and customize core SAP modules, primarily Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and the IBase (Installed Base) module, to meet business process requirements.

- IBase Configuration & Data Management: Manage the creation and maintenance of installed bases and their components (technical objects, materials, serial numbers) to track customer-specific product installations.

- Service Integration: Ensure IBase data is correctly structured and integrated with Service Management processes for warranty tracking, service contracts, and field service operations.

- Data Migration: Participate in data migration activities to ensure accurate transfer of OBOM and configuration data into the IBase structure.

- Order Management: Handle sales order processing with configurable materials and related VC setup to create equipment.

- Testing: Conduct thorough unit, integration, and regression testing of VC models to ensure accuracy of configuration logic.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of SAP experience.
