Role Overview :

As an SAP CRM Functional Architect, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical solution delivery. You will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end CRM strategies, working closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical development teams to ensure that SAP solutions align with long-term business objectives. Your work will directly influence how our clients manage customer lifecycles, ensuring seamless integration across their SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect comprehensive SAP CRM solutions that address specific business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Lead the end-to-end business process design, translating complex functional needs into technical specifications for development teams.

- Manage the integration of SAP CRM with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments to ensure data consistency and process continuity across the enterprise.

- Configure and optimize SAP Middleware to facilitate efficient data exchange and system synchronization between disparate platforms.

- Provide expert guidance on SAP C4C implementations, ensuring that cloud-based customer engagement tools are effectively integrated into the existing SAP ecosystem.

- Collaborate with SAP ABAP developers to oversee custom developments, ensuring that all technical enhancements meet functional requirements and performance standards.

- Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and drive consensus on complex process improvements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying SAP CRM solutions with a deep understanding of functional configurations and business process mapping.

- Proven ability to manage complex integrations involving SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and SAP Middleware, ensuring robust system architecture.

- Strong proficiency in SAP C4C, with the ability to lead cloud-based customer experience initiatives from conception to go-live.

- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance SAP architectures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed work environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a pan-India, multi-location setup, maintaining high standards of delivery and collaboration across time zones.

- A minimum of 7 - 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting and solution architecture roles.

- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a strong track record of professional development in the SAP ecosystem.
