Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), and SAP ECC integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end sales processes, configurable products, Bill of Materials (BOM), and equipment or installed base management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support and enhance SAP CRM functionality and its integration with SAP ECC.

- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including opportunity creation, quotation generation, sales order creation, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows.

- Support SAP SD processes, including quotation-to-order conversion and order lifecycle management.

- Work with configurable products and materials, understanding how product configurations influence sales orders and downstream manufacturing processes.

- Support order BOM creation and explosion, with an understanding of order BOMs and manufacturing BOMs.

- Analyze and support custom SAP programs, tables, mappings, enhancements, and business logic.

- Support equipment creation and installed base management in SAP ECC.

- Manage and troubleshoot equipment replication from SAP ECC to SAP CRM.

- Analyze end-to-end data flows across CRM, sales orders, product configurations, BOM structures, and equipment records.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to investigate defects, resolve integration issues, and improve process reliability.

- Participate in testing, enhancements, production support, and change management activities.

- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA readiness and support activities as the landscape evolves.

- Document functional processes, technical dependencies, integration mappings, and issue-resolution procedures.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in SAP CRM implementation, enhancement, or support.

- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CRM.

- Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP HANA.

- Strong understanding of SAP SD processes, Order-to-Cash, quotation management, and sales order processing.

- Experience with SAP CRM - ECC integration and the opportunity-to-quotation-to-sales-order lifecycle.

- Knowledge of configurable materials, variant configuration, and BOM creation and explosion.

- Understanding of equipment creation, installed base management, and equipment replication between ECC and CRM.

- Experience supporting custom SAP programs, tables, mappings, and business logic.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex cross-system issues.
