Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP CRM ABAP Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore. In this capacity, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex technical solutions within the SAP CRM ecosystem to drive seamless customer engagement processes. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop custom SAP CRM solutions using ABAP to streamline sales, service, and marketing business processes.

- Optimize existing CRM applications by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing efficient code enhancements.

- Integrate SAP CRM with external systems and legacy platforms through robust middleware and API solutions.

- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and unit testing to maintain high standards of software quality.

- Provide expert-level technical support during the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skillset:

- Deep expertise in SAP CRM technical development, including Web UI, BOL/GenIL programming, and AET (Application Enhancement Tool).

- Strong proficiency in advanced ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP, BAdIs, User Exits, and RFCs.

- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical implementation and functional business requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 6 - 8 years of professional experience.
