Role Overview :

As an SAP CPI Integration Consultant, you will serve as the technical backbone for our SuccessFactors integration projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex integration flows that connect SAP SuccessFactors with various third-party applications and internal systems. Working closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability that directly impacts the efficiency of our clients' HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure end-to-end integration scenarios using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to ensure real-time data synchronization across enterprise landscapes.

- Develop complex message mappings and transformation logic to bridge data discrepancies between SuccessFactors and external payroll or benefits systems.

- Configure secure connectivity protocols including SFTP and SOAP to facilitate reliable data exchange with external vendors and legacy platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures by analyzing logs and monitoring message processing to minimize downtime for business-critical HR processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document technical specifications and ensure all integration solutions align with security and performance standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining integration flows within SAP CPI, with a specific focus on SuccessFactors modules.

- Proficient in handling data transformation tasks using OData services and IDoc structures to ensure accurate information exchange.

- Strong technical command over connectivity adapters such as SFTP and SOAP, with the ability to configure secure communication channels independently.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, office-based environment in Chandigarh/Mohali, maintaining high standards of delivery within a 4 to 9-year professional experience bracket.

- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and manage multiple integration workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
