Role : SAP CPI Architect / Integration Architect (SAP Integration Suite) - Nagpur/Mumbai - WFO

About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Integration Architect with deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) to lead our enterprise integration strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and governing integration solutions connecting SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party cloud/on-premise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architecture & Strategy :

- Define end-to-end integration architecture and roadmap for SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, Integration Advisor).

- Establish integration standards, best practices, naming conventions, and governance frameworks.

- Lead integration landscape assessment and migration from PI/PO to CPI.

2. Design & Development Leadership :

- Architect and review complex iFlows, APIs, and custom adapters.

- Design secure and scalable integrations using various adapters : SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, REST, OData, AS2, JMS, AMQP.

- Lead API-led integration strategy using SAP API Management - API design, security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML), rate limiting, and developer portal.

- Drive GROOVY / XSLT / Graphical mapping for complex transformations.

- Exposure and hands on experience in B2B.

3. Governance & Delivery :

- Act as a technical authority for all integration projects, reviewing solution designs and code.

- Collaborate with functional teams (SD, MM, FI, HR) and business stakeholders to translate requirements into integration solutions.

- Own non-functional aspects - performance tuning, error handling, reprocessing, alerting, and monitoring (CPI Monitor, Cloud ALM).

- Mentor junior/mid-level CPI consultants and conduct knowledge sharing sessions.

Technical Skills :

- 8-10 years of total SAP Integration experience with at least 5+ years in SAP CPI / Integration Suite.

- Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementation/migration projects as an Architect.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CPI, API Management, Open Connectors, Integration Advisor.

- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, S/4HANA integration (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, OData, CDS Views).

- Expertise in security concepts : Certificates, PGP, Client Authentication, OAuth.

- Proficient in Groovy Script, XSLT, XML, JSON.

- Experience with Event Mesh and message queuing.

- Knowledge of PI/PO and its migration strategy to CPI is highly preferred.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- SAP Integration Suite Certification is a plus.

- Migration of PI/PO or Mulesoft or Bizstock Or Seaburger will be a plus.

Education :

- B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A or equivalent degree.
