Role Summary :

The SAP CO-PA Support Consultant will provide end-to-end production support for SAP Controlling - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), ensuring stable operations, accurate profitability reporting, and timely resolution of issues in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP CO-PA (Costing-Based and/or Account-Based)

- Analyze and resolve CO-PA posting, derivation, and reconciliation issues

- Support month-end and year-end close activities related to CO-PA

- Perform reconciliation between FI, CO, and CO-PA

- Maintain and support operating concern configuration, characteristics, and value fields

- Handle change requests, enhancements, and minor configurations

- Monitor and resolve issues from SD billing, MM movements, and FI postings impacting CO-PA

- Support profitability reports and user queries

- Coordinate with ABAP, FI, SD, and CO teams for issue resolution

- Prepare and maintain support documentation and SOPs

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-7 years of experience in SAP CO-PA Support

- Strong knowledge of FI-CO integration and profitability analysis

- Experience with Account-Based CO-PA (S/4HANA preferred)

- Good understanding of settlements, allocations, and derivations

- Experience handling tickets, SLAs, and incident management

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
