Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team in a major metro location, serving as a bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, guiding clients through the transition from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA while ensuring seamless business continuity.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and technical developers to translate business needs into scalable system designs.

By driving process optimization and leveraging cutting-edge SAP technologies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-impact digital transformation outcomes for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices to drive organizational growth.

- Lead the configuration of SAP modules and manage RICEW objects, ensuring that technical developments meet specific business requirements while maintaining system integrity.

- Facilitate comprehensive business process documentation and gap analysis to streamline workflows and improve user adoption across client departments.

- Oversee rigorous SAP testing cycles, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality, bug-free deployments.

- Manage complex data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime during the transition to S/4 HANA environments.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders through SAP Solution Manager to monitor project health, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Provide expert guidance on SAP BTP and integration strategies to enable a connected, future-ready enterprise architecture.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, with a proven track record of managing full-cycle implementations and complex system configurations.

- Strong analytical capabilities as a Business Analyst, with the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable SAP solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and the ability to lead workshops or client presentations with confidence.

- Proficiency in managing the full SDLC and Agile project management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

- Advanced technical understanding of SAP Integration and SAP BTP, with the ability to design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise ecosystems.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to hybrid or on-site work environments in a metro setting, maintaining high productivity and professional standards.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration, complemented by a strong foundation in core SAP functional domains with 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
