About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and/or technical expertise in SAP modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Configure, customize, and support SAP modules as per business needs.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.

- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Prepare functional and technical specifications, process documentation, and user manuals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Provide user training and post-implementation support.

- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance standards, and security guidelines.

- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of experience working as an SAP Consultant.

- Strong expertise in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.

- Experience in one or more SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, WM, EWM, Basis, ABAP, or S/4HANA.

- Good understanding of business processes and SAP integration points.

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within timelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

- SAP certification in relevant modules.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics, or cloud-based SAP solutions.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
