Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Expense Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Concur Expense solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Expense Management, Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, integrations, support, and stakeholder management, with the ability to work closely with business users, finance teams, and technical teams in a global delivery environment.

The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of SAP Concur Expense solutions from requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support while ensuring compliance with financial policies, audit controls, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Configure and implement SAP Concur Expense modules based on business and functional requirements.

- Manage end-to-end Concur implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

- Configure and maintain :

1. Expense Types and Expense Forms

2. Expense Policies

3. Approval Workflows and Hierarchies

4. Audit Rules and Compliance Controls

5. Reimbursement and Payment Settings

6. Vendor Configuration and User Administration

Integration & Technical Support :

- Work on integrations between SAP Concur and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, FI/CO, or third-party finance systems.

- Support and configure :

1. Credit Card Feeds / Corporate Card Integrations

2. Expense Reimbursement Interfaces

3. Employee Master Data Integrations

4. Vendor/Invoice Integrations

- Utilize Concur APIs/Web Services for integrations and enhancements.

- Support data migration, data loads, and interface troubleshooting.

- Participate in deployment and release management activities.

Support & Issue Resolution :

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Concur Expense-related issues.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production support tickets.

- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

- Support defect fixes, enhancements, and change requests.

- Coordinate with business users and vendors for issue resolution.

Testing & Compliance :

- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT testing.

- Validate configurations and ensure successful deployments.

- Ensure adherence to :

1. Expense policies

2. Internal controls

3. Audit compliance

4. Regulatory and taxation requirements (GST/VAT/TDS where applicable)

Reporting & Process Optimization :

- Develop and support expense-related reports and dashboards.

- Work with Cognos Reporting or reporting tools for analytics and compliance reporting.

- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for automation and optimization.

- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to improve T&E processes.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with global business stakeholders, finance teams, auditors, and IT teams.

- Gather and document functional requirements.

- Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.

- Support remote/global delivery model and coordinate across time zones.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 46 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur Expense.

- Strong understanding of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.

- Expertise in :

2. Policy Setup

3. Workflow Configuration

4. Audit Rules

5. Approval Hierarchies

6. User Administration

- Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA, ECC, or other ERP systems.

- Hands-on experience with Concur APIs, interfaces, and data integrations.

- Experience in credit card feeds and reimbursement processes.

- Knowledge of GST / taxation compliance (India/global).

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in UAT, deployment support, and production support.

- Familiarity with Agile/ITSM tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.
