SAP Concur Expense Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Expense Consultant to manage, configure, and support the SAP Concur Expense platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, integration, and support of Concur Expense solutions, ensuring seamless expense management processes for business users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP Concur Expense modules as per business requirements

- Manage end-to-end Concur Expense lifecycle (Requirement Gathering - Design - Implementation - Support)

- Customize expense policies, workflows, audit rules, and approval hierarchies

- Integrate SAP Concur with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other financial systems

- Handle credit card integrations, vendor setups, and reimbursement processes

- Provide L2/L3 support and resolve user issues related to expense reporting if require.

- Work on data migration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities

- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize expense processes

- Generate reports and dashboards for expense analysis and compliance

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Concur Expense

- Strong understanding of Expense Management processes

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Expense Configuration

2. Policy Setup

3. Workflow Design

4. Audit Rules

- Experience in integration with SAP Finance (FI/CO) or other ERP systems

- Knowledge of Concur APIs, Cognos reporting (preferred)

- Understanding of GST / taxation compliance (India or global)

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in banking / finance domain

- Exposure to Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions

- Experience working in remote/global delivery models
