Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Developer with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice modules. The ideal candidate should have experience in Concur configuration, T&E policy design, approval workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting tools. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP Concur solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, develop, and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice solutions.

- Design and implement Travel & Expense (T&E) policies based on business requirements.

- Configure and maintain approval workflows, business rules, and policy controls.

- Develop and support integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP/S4HANA.

- Work on integrations with SuccessFactors, third-party applications, APIs, and corporate card feeds.

- Develop and maintain XML/API-based integrations using Concur integration capabilities.

- Work with Concur Integration Connector for data integration and processing.

- Configure and maintain Concur Audit Rules and Detect to support compliance and expense auditing.

- Develop and maintain reports using Concur Analysis/Intelligence and other reporting tools.

- Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and application issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and configuration documentation.

- Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, security requirements, and SAP Concur best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice modules.

- Strong understanding of T&E policy design and approval workflow configuration.

- Experience with SAP Concur integrations involving SAP ERP/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, third-party APIs, and corporate card feeds.

- Good knowledge of XML/API-based integrations.

- Experience with Concur Integration Connector.

- Knowledge of Concur Audit Rules, Detect, and Analysis/Intelligence reporting tools.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- SAP Concur certification is preferred.
