Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, implement, and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Concur solutions.

- Configure expense policies, approval workflows, audit rules, reimbursement processes, and travel policies.

- Integrate SAP Concur with SAP ECC/S4HANA, HRMS, ERP, banking, and third-party applications.

- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.

- Perform system configuration, testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with development teams for custom enhancements.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely incident resolution.

- Prepare user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.

- Ensure compliance with finance, audit, tax, and corporate travel policies.

Required Skills:

- 46 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur implementation and support.

- Strong expertise in SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.

- Experience in configuration of expense types, approval workflows, policies, audit rules, and reimbursement processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur integrations using APIs, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, middleware, or web services.

- Good understanding of finance, travel & expense (T&E), accounts payable, and reimbursement processes.

- Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and HR systems.

- Knowledge of expense compliance, taxation, GST/VAT, and financial controls.

- Experience in UAT, production support, incident management, and change requests.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- SAP Concur Certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with reputed MNCs.

- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) is a plus.
