About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Management Accounting (CO) and SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional consulting experience across enterprise finance transformation programs, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end implementations, business process optimization, and cross-functional integrations.

The role requires strong domain knowledge in Controlling processes, stakeholder management, solution design, and implementation leadership within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP CO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP CO functional solutions.

- Configure and optimize SAP CO modules including :

1. Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

2. Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

3. Internal Orders

4. Product Costing

5. Profitability Analysis (COPA)

6. Cost Element Accounting

- Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance and Management Accounting transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline financial planning, controlling, and reporting processes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams across :

1. SAP FI

2. MM

3. SD

4. PP

5. PS

- Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and configuration designs.

- Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.

- Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and business process mapping sessions.

- Provide expertise in process standardization, system optimization, and best practices implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and integration issues across SAP environments.

- Mentor junior consultants and support project governance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1015 years of strong experience in SAP CO (Controlling/Management Accounting).

- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Management Accounting Processes

2. Cost Controlling

3. Product Costing

4. COPA

5. Internal Orders

- Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting

- Experience in multiple :

1. End-to-End Implementations

2. Rollouts

3. Support & Enhancement Projects

- Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling integration points.

- Experience working on global enterprise transformation programs.

- Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

- Experience with SAP Analytics and financial reporting solutions.

- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, telecom, or BFSI industries is an advantage.
